Old City Incense was first created circa 2004 by Fernando Bernall. Fernando is an acupuncturist, martial artist, and herbalist. One of his favorite aspects of working with Chinese herbal remedies was the pleasing fragrance associated with many of the herbs.

One day, while putting together a formula for a patient, the patient remarked that he would love for his home to smell the way the formula did. Thus was born Old City Incense.

The formula for today’s blend has seen many iterations, as through trial and error Fernando sought to achieve the perfect scent.

Currently the only way to obtain this incense is via this website, or his acupuncture clinic in St Augustine, Florida. We are in negotiations with a couple stores across the country to carry the product.
